To the King of all Cheeses!

I'm not very big on New Years resolutions, but this year I was inspired to make one. It is to live every day more passionately and to toast to the king of cheese! ;) I know it sounds weird, but it was inspired by this article I read in CNN. Jennifer Scott studied abroad in Paris and learned wonderful lessons from her family there.
Here is a quote from her in the article:
"For example, every night after dinner we would have a cheese course and every night we would have Camembert because it was Monsieur Chic's favorite cheese. And every night without exception, before we cut a slice of Camembert for everyone, he would proclaim it to be the 'Roi du fromage' -- or the king of all cheeses," Scott recalled.
"He did it with passion. They turn the smallest things, the smallest rituals and they make them passionate events."
I just loved this, so I've decided to make an event of trying new types of cheese and toasting to the king of cheese. It doesn't have to always be cheese. I might substitute other things that I like in sometimes. The idea is what's important. To live every day like it is important, valuable, and passionate. I think sometimes people deprive themselves of doing, tasting, and seeing the things they really enjoy. It's good to remember that sometimes it really is the small, simple things that bring us joy and excitement. So, a toast to you and to the king of cheese!!

I could eat this every day and never get tired of it.
I actually didn't care for this one, but it was good to try it anyway!

Delicious

This is my favorite so far.
